Pre-Order and Reservation Policy
1. Filling up the Mun Minimart Pre- order Form entitles you to have earlier access to our items that you have stated in this form. This means that this form is equivalent to a RESERVATION FORM2. All orders and reservations made in this form will only be acknowledged following that you have paid the reservation fee.1 Album = 500php
1 Lightstick = 1000php
Other Items = 50% of total estimated price3. Refunds will only be issued if:

ᯓ★ Some items from your list are out of stock
ᯓ★ Items arrived SEVERELY damaged
ᯓ★ Items got lost in transitNO REFUNDS will be made if the case is not any of the scenarios mentioned above4. When you orders arrive in-store, a Mun Minimart Representative will text you an update. Please make sure to bring the customer copy of your order form and settle your balance to claim your orders. Items reserved will stay in-store for a maximum of ONE WEEK upon notification. Orders or reservations that were not picked up on time will be forfeited. Alternatively, customers can set up a specific day for pick-up.5.
